Maximum of 4 people : 2 Extra People for an Extra Charge will be allowed

If necessary - damage / excessive cleaning charge: $100 minimum

 

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS:

A $100 charge will be charged if evidence of dogs is found when cleaning. 

 

 

 

Cancellation Policy:
- Full Refund of deposit, less a $60 cancellation fee, if cancelled more than 30 days prior

- No refund of your deposit if cancelled within 30 days of your stay.

- Cancellations made within 14 days of your arrival will be billed the full amount.

 

- No refund due to inclement weather
